Pale rosy pink. Fine and well-integrated bubbles.

Excellent ripe red fruit and notes of lilac and violet.

Very fresh, with hints of red fruit, butter, minerals, Danish pastries and subtle toasty notes. Creamy, balsamic, elegant and full-flavored.
